Our Story
At CCA Landscape Architects, we are dedicated to creating sustainable, restorative environments that enhance the connection between people and place. Founded in 1993 as Caye Cook & Associates and incorporated in 2018, CCA proudly remains a Woman-owned business committed to thoughtful, environmentally responsible design.
With more than 30 years of experience across Texas, our team brings deep expertise in both the public and private sectors. We have served as the Prime consultant on educational, municipal, park, and private development projects—delivering innovative, site-sensitive solutions that enrich the natural and built environments alike.
As a subconsultant, CCA collaborates with architectural and civil engineering firms to provide master planning and landscape design services. Our work emphasizes pedestrian and vehicular circulation, event spaces, and other key site amenities. Through careful plant selection and material detailing, we design landscapes that are both beautiful and resilient, balancing creativity with long-term maintenance and sustainability.
We are proud to hold certifications from the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency, including Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and Small Business Enterprise (SBE).
