Children’s Medical Center

CCA developed the paving and planting design for this 10-acre medical day-use facility, creating a landscape that supports wellness, safety, and future growth. A perimeter walking trail weaves through preserved trees and native planting beds, offering patients, visitors, and staff a restorative outdoor experience.

Traffic-calming paving elements were introduced at pedestrian crossings to enhance safety, while the main entry was enriched with brick paving, benches, pedestrian lighting, and layered planting to create a welcoming arrival. CCA also prepared a phased master plan for pedestrian and vehicular paving, ensuring the site can evolve seamlessly over time. The preserved grove of mature trees anchors the campus, complemented by a looped walking trail that encourages daily use and connection to nature.
