This project involved comprehensive master planning from concept through schematic design, guided by active engagement with the community and key stakeholders. Illustrative 2D and 3D graphics supported the design process and helped visualize site improvements, which included playgrounds, walkways, planting plans, and preserved mature trees. A splash pad area was thoughtfully planned and allocated for future development by a specialized manufacturer, creating opportunities for active, family-friendly recreation within a well-integrated landscape setting.
