Frank Beverly Park
CCA collaborated with the neighborhood group and adjacent property owners to develop a master plan for a 10-acre neighborhood park renovation. The design prioritized amenities and renovations that enhance accessibility, recreation, and community use, including walking trails, playground upgrades, site furnishings, plaza areas, and practice soccer fields with improved grading and drainage.
The design incorporated thoughtful additions such as two small parking lots to minimize on-street parking, updated playground equipment, tree planting, and renovated backstops. CCA worked closely with the City to manage budgets, prepare cost estimates, and develop bid alternates, resulting in a project completed on time, under budget, and with minimal change orders. The renovation transformed the park into a safe, accessible, and inviting community space.
