CCA contributed to the restoration of the Juanita Craft House, a Historic Registry site, and its surrounding landscape. Using historic photographs, the team restored original planters, reintroduced garden elements, and added picnic tables reflecting the site’s history. CCA addressed drainage, ADA access, and historic preservation, creating a welcoming space for school groups, visitors, and the community.

The adjacent Juanita Craft Memorial Garden was revitalized with new native and adaptive plantings, preservation of existing flagstone paths and planters, and a focal urn water feature. CCA prepared concepts, cost estimates, and final construction documents, coordinating with city departments, private stakeholders, and the Friends of Juanita Craft. The garden was dedicated in May 2023.
