CCA partnered with multiple Prime Consultants on a series of projects at Northwest Bible Church and also served as Prime Consultant for site signage, planning, cost estimating, and conceptual studies for a new playground, future parking, and improved pedestrian circulation.

CCA collaborated with the Architect to update the campus master plan, resulting in the demolition of two buildings and the addition of a new children’s education wing. CCA prepared hardscape and planting plans for the expansion, including an outdoor event and seating area, and worked closely with the Owner to integrate sculpture into the landscape. Native, drought-tolerant plantings, accessible paving, and decorative gravels created a low-water, low-maintenance environment.

Additional work included entry signage and walkway enhancements, as well as schematic design for a pavilion and age-separated playgrounds, supporting a welcoming, family-focused campus.
