This 5,550-foot arterial streetscape improvement from Trinity Mills Road to Frankford Road enhances both pedestrian and bike connectivity along a corridor shaped by residential and commercial development. Walkways were gently curved in residential areas to create an inviting pedestrian experience, while a dedicated bike lane was integrated into the street.

CCA designed medians and right-of-way planting, including street trees, ornamental trees, and layered planting beds, coordinating with City staff to integrate signage and refine layouts. The project embraces a ‘complete streets’ approach with pedestrian and roadway lighting, accessible sidewalks, decorative crosswalks, and sustainable landscaping using amended soils, native and drought-tolerant planting, and drip irrigation.
