CCA developed the hardscape and softscape plans for this new West Campus facility, shaping a 3-acre site that supports extensive bike parking and informal student gathering areas. We coordinated with TAMU Facilities to seamlessly integrate the future master plan spine walk into the site layout, strengthening campus connectivity. CCA also provided construction-phase support, from reviewing submittals to conducting on-site observations to ensure the design intent was carried through to completion.
