UTA Commons West Dining Hall

Preservation of existing mature oak trees shaped the design, providing essential shade for the outdoor dining area and reinforcing the campus’s natural character. CCA collaborated with UTA Landscape Maintenance staff to select drought-tolerant, low-maintenance plantings, ensuring long-term sustainability. Working closely with the Architect, CCA also helped design the outdoor dining space and specified durable, stain-resistant concrete paving to support daily use while maintaining a clean, cohesive appearance.
