A thriving campus canopy means a thriving academic community and trees play a quiet role in brain wellness. CCA’s site planning preserved 90% of the existing post oak grove by thoughtfully integrating the trees into outdoor sculpture and gathering areas. The parking lot design utilized modular concrete pavers over existing paving to protect sensitive root zones.

CCA prepared softscape and hardscape plans featuring outdoor courtyards, art installations, and decorative paving. Drought-tolerant planting and gravel elements created a low-water, low-maintenance landscape that blends sustainability with aesthetic appeal.
