CCA provided landscape and hardscape design for this $177 million Radiation Oncology campus, supporting a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to advanced cancer therapies. The 65,000-square-foot center will house the city’s first MRI-guided precision radiation treatment, expanding access to cutting-edge care for patients throughout Fort Worth and the surrounding region.

CCA designed the landscape, site furnishings, pedestrian paving, motor court and patient drop-off, and the public plaza at the southwest entry, coordinating closely with Near Southside to ensure the project complements the surrounding district. The landscape creates a welcoming and dignified arrival experience while supporting safe circulation, comfort, and long-term durability.
