CCA prepared landscape architecture plans to screen a new above-grade storage tank on an 8.3-acre site in collaboration with community representatives. The design process included 2D and 3D renderings that presented multiple landscape options for community review and approval.

The approved plan features evergreen trees and tall shrubs planted on a berm along the reservoir frontage, complemented by modular block retaining walls, ornamental iron fencing, and supplemental planting supported by a new irrigation system. CCA also designed a new pedestrian sidewalk along Hillcrest Road and Walnut Hill Lane to enhance connectivity and improve pedestrian safety.
